Die Antwort auf die zweite Frage ist nicht gerade leicht. Jedoch wäre für mich ein wichtiger Punkt, Deutschland als Arbeitsstandort attraktiver zu gestalten. Aufgrund des demografischen Wandels sind wir auf ausländische Fachkräfte angewiesen und der demografische Wandel zeigt auch, dass die muslimische group in Deutschland immer größer wird. Daher ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass sich eine eigene muslimische Elite herausbildet. Doch wie sieht so eine muslimische Elite aus und wie wird sie von der deutschen Mehrheitsgesellschaft angesehen und akzeptiert? Nicht nur weil aktuell die Berufstätigkeit und Karriere von Frauen allgemein im Fokus der Öffentlichkeit steht möchte ich in der folgenden Arbeit ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die muslimischen Frauen legen. Musliminnen, die ein Kopftuch tragen fallen durch ihr äußerliches Erscheinungsbild unweigerlich stärker auf als muslimische Männer, die größtenteils kein Bekleidungsstück tragen, welches sie eindeutig als Muslim identifiziert. Daher haben Frauen häufig unweigerlich ein challenge bei Suche nach einem Arbeitsplatz und dies ist auch der Grund, warum ich mich am Ende meiner Arbeit intensiver mit Akademikerinnen auseinander setzen möchte, die ein Kopftuch tragen.
